Issue Tracking App
The issue tracking app enables citizens and organisations representing them to log issues that relate to the quality of public services. Issues are assigned to public bodies responsible for dealing with them. The app tracks the status of the issue and relays updates as the public body responds to the issue.
Log a new issue
Issues can be logged directly by municipal workers, by citizens, NGOs, churches or other groups representing citizens. Once logged issues are assigned to the public bodies best able to respond to them. This is done using the activity app.
Track an issue
Users can return at any time to see updates tracking the status of each issue. Notifications are sent as the status is changed, making it simple to track when an issue is resolved.
View data on issues logged
The app also includes aggregate data on all issues logged by each organisation. This provides a high level summary of issues by category and how many have been resolved.
